1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, start the free trial, purchase access, or use APEX EDGE PRO, we may collect the following information:

• Registration and support information: Name, email address, phone number, country, plan interest, and information you choose to include in a support request.
• License and device information: Account license status, coarse device-signal hashes, activation status, server timestamps, and fraud-prevention network hashes used to enforce license and trial limits.
• Optional telemetry: If an opt-in telemetry feature is enabled, bounded session totals such as trade count, win rate, net result, session duration, and whether a real account was used may be linked to your account. This is not represented as anonymous data.
• Purchase records: The plan you bought, its price, the payment status, and the order and payment identifiers that NOWPayments, our payment processor, sends us. We never receive card numbers or wallet keys.

Our website may also use an analytics tag to count visits.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit your Pocket Option password or other broker login credentials. Broker authentication happens in the local browser profile controlled by the desktop application. Support bundles are designed to redact tokens, keys, credentials, and raw device identifiers before export.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Validate your account and license and prevent software piracy.
• Provide customer support.
• Operate the free trial, abuse prevention, and device limits.
• Improve reliability and understand how the software is used when optional telemetry is explicitly enabled.
• Send critical security updates or product announcements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose only the information necessary to service providers that operate hosting, email delivery, fraud prevention, customer support, or payment processing on our behalf, and when disclosure is required by law. Payments are processed by NOWPayments (and, for card payments, its card partner) under their own privacy terms; they may ask you for identity details that we never see. APEX EDGE PRO does not store card numbers.

5. Retention and Your Choices

We retain registration, license, fraud-prevention, and support records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. You may decline optional telemetry without affecting core license validation. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us; some license, transaction, or security records may need to be retained where legally required.
