Product and getting started
What is APEX EDGE PRO?
APEX EDGE PRO is a Windows desktop app that automates trading on your own Pocket Option account. It watches the binary-options markets you configure, evaluates strategy signals, applies risk checks and places trades through the app's own browser window, where you can see it work. The app is available in English and Spanish.
What operating system does it require?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It does not run on Mac or Linux computers.
What are the computer requirements?
| Component | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit |
| Internet connection | A stable internet connection |
The app trades from your own computer, so it can only trade while it is running.
How do I get started?
- Create an account with your email and a password on the download page.
- Confirm your email.
- Download and install the Windows app from the same page (it offers the installer once you are signed in).
- Sign in inside the app.
You also sign in to your Pocket Option account inside the app's own browser window. The first time you sign in with a confirmed email, your free 5-day trial starts by itself.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A free 5-day trial starts by itself the first time you sign in with a confirmed email. The trial is a limited version of the app: some advanced controls stay locked until a paid plan is active. When you are ready, see the plans.
Does APEX EDGE PRO see my Pocket Option password?
No. You sign in to Pocket Option yourself, on Pocket Option's own site, in the browser window the app opens; your password goes only to Pocket Option. The app keeps your session in a browser profile on your computer. If you add several Pocket Option accounts and choose to let the app remember a password, Windows keeps it in its own password vault on your computer; it is never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for what we do collect.
Why does Windows warn me when I install it?
Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" (Microsoft Defender SmartScreen) for programs it has not seen many times yet and that are not signed with a paid code-signing certificate. APEX EDGE PRO is new and not signed yet, so Windows asks you first; it does not mean a virus was found. Click More info, then Run anyway, but only for the installer from our download page. The page shows the installer's fingerprint so you can check the file is ours.
How do updates work?
When a new version is released, the app requires you to install the update before it trades again. This keeps everyone on the current build.
Can I save my settings?
Yes. Named profiles in the app's dashboard let you save and reload your preferred configurations without deleting your trade history or your saved learning analytics.
Should I test on the demo account first?
Yes, and it is how every new install starts: on your Pocket Option demo account, with sensible default settings, so you can watch the app work before any real money is involved. Testing on the demo account is strongly recommended before any real-account use. You are responsible for your broker account settings, strategy selection, stake sizing and risk limits.
What happens when I switch from the demo account to a real account?
The app parks new entries, waits for pending trades, verifies the account mode and a fresh balance on the broker, calculates the protected reserve and whether your balance can afford the full recovery ladder of 4 to 7 steps, and then requires a separate, explicit Start.
Plans, licenses and policies
Which plans are available?
- 3 Months: $347
- 6 Months: $597
- 1 Year: $797
- Founder Lifetime: $2,997
Each plan is paid once and never renews by itself. See the details in the plans section.
How do I buy a plan?
Choose a plan in the plans section, sign in or create your account on the checkout page, and pay through NOWPayments in crypto. When the payment is confirmed, the plan is added to your account by itself. In the app, press I bought a plan — check now under Account & License and it unlocks at once (by itself, the app notices within a few hours). If the engine is running, the full version starts when you stop it. If anything goes wrong, write to support@apexedgepro.com from your account's email address.
What do I receive when I buy a plan?
A plan is activated on your account, and the controls that stay locked during the free trial become available. The license belongs to your account and works on one computer.
What happens when my plan ends?
The app finishes any recovery sequence that is already open, stops placing new trades and returns to the sign-in screen. Your settings, profiles and history stay on your computer. Buy another term with the same account and everything continues where it stopped.
What if a crypto payment goes wrong?
Always send the exact amount, in the coin and on the network the NOWPayments page shows. If you send less, or the payment expires before it arrives, no plan is added and the page you return to says so; write to support@apexedgepro.com from your account's email and we sort it out with you (finish the payment or refund it). A payment sent on a different network may not be recoverable.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
No. One license works on one computer. If you change computers, contact support and the team can move your license to the new one. The app checks your license online when you sign in and again every six hours while it runs. If the internet drops, it keeps working for up to three days from the last successful check.
Can I use more than one Pocket Option account?
One at a time. The app trades on the Pocket Option account you sign in with inside its own browser window. The first account it trades on stays linked to your copy for 30 days; after that you can move it to another account, again for 30 days.
Is it affiliated with Pocket Option?
No. APEX EDGE PRO is an independent product and is not owned, endorsed or operated by Pocket Option.
Does it guarantee profits or accuracy?
No. It is automation software, not financial advice. No accuracy number or past result can guarantee a future result. Binary options trading carries significant risk and may result in loss of capital, so only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. Once a license has been paid for, delivered and activated, it is not eligible for a voluntary refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. License access is non-transferable, and a fraudulent payment dispute or unauthorized license sharing may lead to suspension while the matter is reviewed. Read the full Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
How do I contact support?
Write to support@apexedgepro.com. Support can help with installation, sign-in, plans and moving your license to another computer.
Strategies and modes
How many strategies are included?
APEX EDGE PRO ships with 21 strategies, from classic indicator logic to composite voting, regime filtering, quant scoring and machine learning. Each one is described on the strategies page. Exact thresholds and proprietary scoring weights are not published.
What do FAST, NORMAL and STRONG mean?
They are signal-quality modes. FAST is more responsive, NORMAL is balanced and STRONG is more selective. All modes still run payout, score, stale-signal, lock and schedule checks.
What are the Independent, Simulation, Combination and Partnership modes?
Independent gives you direct strategy control. Simulation lets strategies learn virtually, without placing trades. Combination lets active strategies vote and removes duplicate shared signals. Partnership requires two or more strategies to agree before a trade is placed.
How does agreement voting work?
You can require a minimum number of strategies to agree on BUY or SELL. When it is enabled, the app can credit one shared trade to the strategies that agree or, if you configure it that way, place separate trades on agreement.
How does Auto Strategy Switch work?
It reads saved performance by strategy, pair, timeframe, hour and weekday. It can promote stronger candidates and keep weaker hours in simulation, while respecting manual overrides, streak guards and minimum trade thresholds.
Can I choose when the app trades?
Yes. Operating Hours lets you set Eastern Time windows, including overnight windows. Outside the allowed schedule, the app can soft-stop by moving strategies into simulation while preserving learning.
Money management and risk
Which money-management modes are included?
Flat stakes (OFF) and ten recovery modes: Fibonacci, Kelly+Fib, Hybrid, MAIKER, MAIKER Hybrid, GEOMETRIC, GEOMETRIC Hybrid, SURGE, SURGE Hybrid and Payout Recovery.
What is the SURGE manual override?
It lets you define a custom SURGE ladder, edit the amount of each step, sync the ladder and use Start Wins for SURGE Hybrid flat-win boosts. It is a control, not a promise of recovery.
What is Force Step used for?
Force Step is an emergency manual correction for the recovery ladder. If a broker result or the sequence state needs adjusting, you can set the current step directly instead of restarting the whole setup.
What happens after losses or cooldowns?
Progressive modes can advance through their configured sequence, reset after a maximum losing streak, or pause under circuit-breaker rules. Cooldowns and trade locks help prevent rapid duplicate entries. Losses are part of binary options trading, and no setting removes that risk.
AI and monitoring
What is APEX AI?
APEX AI is an observer-only analytics layer. It reads trading context and history, routes analysis through Gemini or OpenAI providers when you configure them, grades suggestions and tracks outcomes, without replacing your execution settings.
What is ML Super?
ML Super is an ONNX-based machine-learning strategy with live diagnostics, accepted-prediction tracking, score and spread gating, and background retraining support.
Can I monitor it from my phone?
No. APEX EDGE PRO runs on your Windows computer, and there is no phone app today.
