1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using APEX EDGE PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

2. Description of Software

APEX EDGE PRO is a trading automation tool designed to interact with third-party platforms. It executes actions based on predefined mathematical algorithms and user-configured risk management settings.

3. No Financial Advice

The information and algorithms provided by APEX EDGE PRO do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting financial losses.

4. User Responsibilities & Risks

Trading binary options involves high risk. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results. You agree to use the software at your own risk and comply with all applicable terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to.

5. License & Restrictions

Unless a plan expressly states a different device limit, a delivered purchase grants one user a single-machine, non-transferable license for the stated access period. A request or inquiry about a plan does not represent immediate delivery or a completed sale. You may not distribute, resell, decompile, or share the software, your license, or your account credentials with unauthorized users, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right.

6. Plans and Payment

Plans are priced in US dollars and paid once through NOWPayments; no plan renews by itself. When you pay in a cryptocurrency, NOWPayments shows the exact amount to send at the moment you pay. A plan is added to your account only after NOWPayments confirms the payment as complete; a partial or unconfirmed payment does not deliver a plan until it is resolved. If a payment problem occurs, contact support with your account's email address. The Founder Lifetime plan has no end date: it lasts for as long as APEX EDGE PRO is offered, and includes every update of the app and every feature added to it. Separate services, such as a signal channel or strategy presets sold on their own, are not part of any plan unless their own offer says so.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
