Digital License Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 16, 2026
1. Digital License Sales
Once a released digital license has been paid for, delivered, and activated, the sale is final and is not eligible for a voluntary refund, exchange, or prorated cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A pre-release waiting-list or purchase-interest submission is not a completed sale and does not authorize a charge.
2. Acknowledgment Before Purchase
Before any payment is accepted, the checkout must identify the package, access period, device limit, delivery status, and final-sale terms. You are purchasing access to software, not a guarantee of trading performance. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right.
3. Technical Support
If you experience installation, activation, or compatibility issues after delivery, contact support so the issue can be diagnosed. Available remedies depend on the facts, the delivered package, and applicable law; this page does not describe an unreleased package as already delivered or fully functional.
4. License Termination
Fraudulent payment disputes or unauthorized license sharing may lead to suspension while the matter is reviewed. A legitimate billing error, unauthorized transaction, or statutory consumer claim should be reported to support promptly and will be handled on its facts.
