Due to the digital, non-returnable nature of the APEX EDGE PRO software and the proprietary trading algorithms included within it, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated cancellations under any circumstances.

2. Acknowledgment Before Purchase

By purchasing a license to APEX EDGE PRO, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund. You are purchasing a license to use software, not a guarantee of financial success.

3. Technical Support

If you experience technical issues installing or running the software, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue. However, technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for a refund, as we provide a fully functional product.

4. License Termination

Attempting to issue a chargeback through your credit card provider or PayPal will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your software license, and we will dispute the chargeback using this policy as evidence of your agreement.
